Creating the ultimate guest experience is crucial to the success of your short-term rental. A beautifully styled and well appointed short-term rental property is more likely to book out and achieve a higher return price per night than a similar property that is not styled.

The main objective of short-term rental styling is to prepare your rental property in a way that it will appeal to the largest number of potential guests, which will further increase the chances of achieving bookings at top dollar. The more attractive your property is, the greater chance you have of guests staying there, particularly during peak season. The first step in persuading the guest to book your property over the others is to offer an inviting and well furnished rental. Let's not overlook the importance of the guests' needs and expectations during their stay as well. These considerations, namely; creating an appealing aesthetic and providing the proper amenities that will "wow" your guests is how I will help you to elevate your property and short-term rental listing.

CONSULTATION + DETAILED REPORT
what's included?
This is for the property owner who wants help to make their rental look its best for future guests, listings, and marketing. We will also review what is required to provide the best experience for your guests with the amenities that you provide. You’re going to do the work yourself. We will meet at the rental property to explore solutions optimizing functionality and aesthetics to present the rental at its full potential. This covers up to 2 hours at the rental property, giving you recommendations and guidance on how to style your rental to emphasize its aesthetic appeal and function.
At this consultation, we will review what is working, what isn’t, and any updates/repairs that should be addressed. We will also talk about how to best layout the rooms, furniture selection, recommended amenities, etc. for ensuring that your rental property is equipped and ready for your guests. This is a great Do-it-Yourself option or the first step to your full-service solutions.
After the consultation you will be provided with Bliss Home Interiors' Short Term Rental Inventory Checklist, my detailed Short Term Rental Styling Guide and your personalized "To-Do" List with specific suggestions for your use going forward with your short term rental preparation process.
NOTE: The consultation does not include furniture plans, shopping lists, or reference images for finishes, furnishings, décor, etc. - these resources are available for an additional fee.

PROPERTY STYLING
REFRESH
For those who have already completed the Short Term Rental Styling Consultation + Detailed Report. This styling service is the next step, where I come in to do the hands-on work to style the rental property using what you already have, based on the Detailed Report recommendations.

to a $100 hourly rate. Price is based on distance within 30 km of Charlottetown. Additional travel costs will be added for properties outside of this area).

FULL-SERVICE PROPERTY
STYLING
For those who have already completed the Short Term Rental Styling Consultation + Detailed Report. The full-service styling is the next step for styling a vacant rental property, or overhauling an existing property.
Working within your furniture and décor budget, I will collaborate with you to design a beautiful and welcoming space for guests. After your furnishings and décor have been procured, delivered, and assembled, I come in to do the hands-on work to style the rental property based on the design plan and Detailed Report recommendations.
