The cost of staging is less than a price reduction!
The main objective of staging is to prepare the home for sale in a way that it will appeal to the largest number of buyers, which will further increase the chances of selling quickly and at top dollar.
Therefore, staging is where you can minimize the flaws of your home, while simultaneously highlighting the best selling features of your home to generate more interest, higher offers, and quicker sales. When done right, home staging creates a warm, inviting atmosphere where potential buyers can visualize themselves living in it. Having a well-staged home will draw in more buyers to online listings and showings, and, hopefully, will end in generous offers.
As a seller, you can stage your own home, have your realtor help you stage it, or hire a professional home stager.

CONSULTATION + DETAILED REPORT
This is for the seller that is living in their home and wants help to make it look its best for the market. You’re going to do the work yourself. We meet in-home to explore solutions optimizing functionality and aesthetics to present the home at its full potential for the listing process. This covers up to 2 hours in your home giving you advice and guidance on how to show your house to emphasize its best features, using what you have.

During this meeting you will be provided with professional guidance on staging topics such as:

After the consultation you will be provided with Bliss Home Interiors' Home Prep Staging Checklist, Ultimate Declutter Workbook, and my detailed Staging Guide and Staging "To-Do" List with personalized and specific suggestions for your use going forward with the listing process.
Fee: $250
(Up to two hours in the home with any additional hours reverting
to a $100 hourly rate. Price is based on distance within 30 km of Charlottetown. Additional travel costs will be added for properties outside of this area.)

+ PHOTO PREPARATION
For those who have already completed the Staging Consultation + Detailed Report. This staging service is the next step, where I come in to do the hands-on work to stage the main areas of the home based on the Detailed Report recommendations.

The use of Bliss Home Interiors inventory of beautiful staging accessories in order to give you a visual shopping list and get higher impact photos

Up to 6 hours of staging in the home, in preparation of professional listing photos

Home must be prepped and cleaned prior to stager arriving.
Fee: $650
(Up to six hours in the home with any additional hours reverting
to a $100 hourly rate. Price is based on distance within 30 km of Charlottetown. Additional travel costs will be added for properties outside of this area).

ULTIMATE STAGING ENHANCEMENT
+ PHOTO PREPARATION
For those who have already completed the Staging Consultation + Detailed Report. This staging service is the next step, for those with a larger home (2200+ sqft) where I come in to do the hands-on work to stage the main areas of the home based upon the Detailed Report recommendations.

VACANT PROPERTY
STAGING
This staging service is for properties that are vacant. When staging a vacant property the main rooms to stage are the living room, the kitchen/dining area, the master bedroom and ensuite, and main bathroom.
what's included?
The first month, there are two costs involved with vacant staging:

The property staging which includes the cost for delivery, pick up and complete set up.

Monthly Rental fee for furniture and décor rental
